The ingots
(rod) - should to have homogeneity of the structure on length and
section. latent defects in the form of blowhole, crack and lamination on length
and section are inadmissible. Inhomogeneity of the structure metal on section
are inadmissible. On a surface there should not be spots of pollution, oxides
and crack. End faces ingots (rod)
should be cut exactly and not have having chopped off. Pay attention to
structure of metal - it should be homogeneous without porosity and
